Welcome to Adelick Fashion terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. When placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions below.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.

Product Information.

Every care is taken to describe each item accurately and the colours of our products as clearly as possible. Computer monitors can represent colours differently depending on the colour resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that these colours will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; we do our best to show these as accurately as possible for each item. Please look at our size guide for help.

All our prices are in Pounds Sterling, prices are inclusive of VAT. Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to change without prior notice.

Purchase of products.

Once you have placed your order we will email you to confirm the order is correct. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we confirm the order we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone and you will not be charged for these items out of stock.

All goods will remain in the property of Adelick Fashion until paid for in full either by debit or credit card. Adelick Fashion does not hold customers credit card details.

Adelick fashion will check all items thoroughly before sending each order and we suggest customers check each item before removing any original labels or disposing of any packaging which includes hanger, tissue, poly bag wrapping and boxes.

If the item is returned in new condition, within 14 days of receipt (the day you signed for the goods) you will receive a full refund. (Excluding delivery charge).

Products non returnable e.g. jewellery sets where earrings for pierced ears are included are marked*

The item being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will advise you to use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us. Cost of postage is your responsibility and can take up to 7 days or more to be received.

Please note: When trying on goods do not wear perfume, deodorants or make-up, keep away from water and avoid scratching jewellery which may leave marks or no refund will be given.

Please handle products with care.

In addition to our returns policy, under the distance selling regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us in new condition. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Postage and Packaging.

Currently we are delivering to the UK only. Adelick Fashion offers a choice of delivery services using Royal Mail.

Orders received by 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day. After 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

Orders received after 2pm Friday—Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (except bank holidays) will be the following Tuesday.

UK bank holidays please allow an extra working day for both standard and next day delivery.

Postage and packaging options are as follows. We use royal mail special delivery for all items.

Standard Delivery:  Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Free of charge.

Next day delivery: Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm Mon – Fri. £10.00

Next day delivery (Saturdays): Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm on a Saturday. £15.00 

 Dispatch terms and conditions.

Adelick Fashion will not send out items until the payment has been authorised and accepted and the billing address is confirmed.

Delays may be caused by external influences which we have no control over.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
